Wine club terms and conditions

By joining the St. Romedius Wine Club you  authorize this business to keep you credit card on file for any future transactions until submitting a cancellation request.   The card on file will only be automatically charged for wine club shipments. With permission by the customer we can charge the card on file for purchases the customer makes via email, phone, or text.

You understand that the terms of this authorization will remain in effect until you request that they be terminated, which can only be made after a minimum of two quarterly shipments have been purchased. You acknowledge that you are responsible for making this request in writing no less then 10 days before the next scheduled shipment.

This recurring charge is to cover the cost of your St. Romedius Wine Club Membership, shipping (if applicable) and associated sales tax. You authorize this business to charge and keep your credit card on file for the duration of your membership or until you or St. Romedius terminates the membership.

You acknowledge that for each subsequent shipment after the very first shipment you will receive a receipt for each charge made and that no prior notification is needed unless the  amount of a charge is over the general price range of your wine club membership.  If the charge is above the price range of the club the Business must notify you of such changes at least 5 days in advance of when the change(s) will take affect.

You understand that the terms of this authorization will remain in effect until you request that they be terminated, which can only be made after the purchase of two quarterly shipments. You acknowledge that you are responsible for making this request at least 10 days in advance of the next scheduled shipping date to ensure you are not charged again. 

 You agree to purchasing and receiving two shipments of your St. Romedius Wine Club Membership before cancellation

We will not share or sell any of the personal information you provide.  Your payment information is securely stored with a third party payment processing service.
